Dan Ssozi has over 30 years of experience in Accounting and Finance. He most recently served as Audit Manager at the Iowa DOT, overseeing three audit divisions. Prior to this role, Dan conducted financial analysis, risk evaluation, and general accounting tasks for several billion-dollar international corporations, including Vermeer Manufacturing and Wells Fargo. Since 2005, he has held the position of Associate Professor of Accounting at Des Moines Area Community College. Dan holds a Master of Science Degree in Accounting and Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, all from Drake University. He is certified as a Public Accountant, Internal Auditor, Fraud Examiner, and Risk Management Assurance professional.
