Joshua Kasibbo is a Certified Public Accountant with over two decades of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, general ledger reconciliation, and accounts payable and receivable management. He most recently held the position of Accounting Manager at the Iowa Finance Authority. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has served in accounting roles for several global companies, including one of the world's top five largest mobile telecommunication operators, serving 20 countries in South Asia and Africa. Joshua earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Makerere University in Uganda and holds international CPA United Kingdom (ACCA-UK) and Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) designations.
